Michigan Tech (6–4–1 overall, 4–4–1 WCHA) traveled to Anchorage, Alaska, this week for a 2-game series against the Seawolves. In the first of two games, the Huskies came out flat and were unable to get their feet going against the host Seawolves, losing the game 3–1. Alaska–Anchorage scored once in each period and held the Huskies to 19 shots for the entire game en route to their first WCHA victory of the year. ̶
BEMIDJI, M.N.– The Huskies took an early lead Saturday night in Bemidji, but costly penalties would allow the Bemidji State Beavers to rally to victory.
